We Save Us is a community support provider, offering FREE abortion pills by mail to folks of all ages and gestations, living in Kentucky, Indiana and neighboring states in need. In order to ensure that folks who are currently pregnant and don't want to be have the resources they need when they need them, we do not offer advanced provision (pills for "just in case")--if you are not currently pregnant, please explore your options to purchase pills on PlanCpills.org.

For your privacy, please use a Tor browser (free to download on any device) or VPN to visit https://wesaveus.info and submit your order. We will need a complete shipping address with the name of a person who is able to receive mail there and the first day of your last period (or info regarding how long you may have been pregnant, if you do not have that date). That is all that's required, but there is also space for questions and any other information you would like to share to better help us serve you. We will not retain any personally identifiable information or chat logs once your order is complete and other contact information like phone numbers, signal IDs and emails for follow-up are entirely optional.
After submitting your order, you will receive a pass key, which is a group of 5 words, along with a link to access your secure portal. Write these down and keep them in a safe place, or store them in a secure password keeper. You will use the passkey to log into the portal, which is where you can check order status and communicate with your case manager.
We are honored when folks trust us with their stories, but no explanation is EVER required. We believe that if you don't want to be pregnant or don't feel safe being pregnant, you should have access to care. Period.
