Find the section(s) that need updating, click update, and add the correct information. When you're done updating the section(s), scroll to the bottom of the form, enter your email (this is required in case we need to follow up) and click the Submit Change Request button.

Be prepared to receive a screening call one day prior to your appointment. You will need to provide a photo of your positive home pregnancy test.
Telehealth medication abortion appointments generally last 45-60 minutes. Please note that you must be physically present in the state of Nevada to receive medication abortion care via Telehealth. It will take 24-48 hours to receive your medication abortion pills after your appointment.
You can receive the pills either by mail or by picking them up at your local Planned Parenthood health center.
