carafem offers medication abortion at home with an online evaluation that doesn’t include a video appointment or require you to talk on the phone with the provider. The cost is inclusive and ranges from $0-399, with sliding scale and financial assistance available. All major credit cards, gift cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. The medication will be delivered in 1-4 days once prescribed, with prescription anti-nausea medication, pain medication, and a pregnancy test. They partner with national and regional abortion funds to ensure cost is never a barrier to receiving abortion care from carafem. They accept Medicaid for abortion medication at home in Illinois and Maryland. Services are provided in English and Spanish. Interpretation by telephone is available for other languages. If you'd prefer to have a video appointment with medical staff, carafem offers that too with costs ranging from $0 - 249, with sliding scale and financial assistance available. Video visit is required in Delaware.
