SAFE funds anyone living in Maine, Mainers not currently living in Maine, as well as Mainers who need to leave Maine for care. There are no eligibility requirements to receive assistance from SAFE.

Ask the clinic you are going to about funding assistance through SAFE. They will screen you and coordinate funding.
